What a great indoor season!
Sport Heaven TC athletes set 36 club age group records.
Our Athletes won 7 national medals, and we are now a TWO TIME 4x800m relay AAU national champions!
we attended meets at Eastern Michigan University, the LAB in Michigan, Nike Indoor Nationals in NYC, and USATF youth championships in Louisville, Kentucky.

WHo is COACH ken kash?
Coach Ken Kash is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has been a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise. He is a USA Track & Field Level 2 Certified Coach in
Combined Events, as well as earning numerous Personal Training certifications through various organizations.
Coach Ken is the reigning AAU Shot Put champion, Masters Division. He has published over 255 health and fitness articles for the likes of LiveStrong, Professional Skater Magazine, Track Coach, and many others. He published the book Brave New Workouts in 2009, was interviewed in the book America's Top Trainers Answer Your Fitness and Nutrition Questions in 2012, and wrote the “Strength and Conditioning” chapter for the 2018 book, The Science of Figure Skating.
