WHo is COACH ken kash?
Coach Ken Kash is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He has been a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the American Council on Exercise. He is a USA Track & Field Level 2 Certified Coach in
Combined Events, as well as earning numerous Personal Training certifications through various organizations.
He has published over 255 health and fitness articles for the likes of LiveStrong, Professional Skater Magazine, Track Coach, and many others. He published the book Brave New Workouts in 2009, was interviewed in the book America's Top Trainers Answer Your Fitness and Nutrition Questions in 2012, and wrote the “Strength and Conditioning” chapter for the 2018 book, The Science of Figure Skating.
He runs the YouTube channel under the handle Coach Ken Kash.
